Remote work is not available for this position. Applicants must possess legal EU work status and will be hired as 'autónomos', i.e., independent contractors.🚀 What You'll DoWe are seeking a Head of Finance with expertise in US accounting principles to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. You will work closely with our leadership team to:Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in line with US GAAP.Manage financial transactions and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.Liaise with external partners, including banks, auditors, and vendors, particularly those based in the US.🚀 ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial strategies in accordance with Ultralytics’ objectives and US accounting standards.Manage the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and consolidated reports.Ensure financial records are compliant with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform risk assessment, and recommend solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management into all aspects of the business.🚀 Skills and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably with exposure to US accounting practices.Proficient in Quickbooks software and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of US GAAP and international financial regulations.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.🌟 Cultural FitWARNING: At Ultralytics, the pace is relentless and the expectations high.
