HEAD OF EXPERTISE

In direct relation with the Global Head of Product segment development (Head of R&D) and with entire support from the plant Manager, the Head of Expertise will ensure the coordination of daily R&D related activities in the plant and facilitate the interface between the plant and the R&D center.
How can you become part of our success?   Assume any delegated responsibility given by the Global head of R&D to support robust and efficient decisions in the plant daily operation.
Collect, align and maintain a clear list of critical R&D and Operation teams commitments to support the smooth execution of projects or serial production, with action, owners and due dates, synchronized with operation and r&d managers and monitor their execution.
Active participation to key plant management meetings (Key launch meetings, SFM, QRQC, …) as R&D representative.
Support local training of the plant team to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities in project phase and after SOP.
Identify potential bottlenecks and support their resolution.
What skills do you need? +10 years experience in technical project management.
Technical background in multiple engineering domains such as electronic and mechanical product development as well as software.
Strong customer and quality mindset.
Result and target oriented.
Good Communication skills and collaboration mindset, with good capability to define and follow priorities defined.
