It’s about asking ourselves everyday: how can we do it better?Role OverviewThe Head of Brand is responsible for understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives top of mind, awareness, brand salience and product consideration and consumption. Working closely with the Marketing Manager & other managers within Marketing and Trade Marketing team to define and develop the Red Bull Marketing Strategy within the annual business plan by analyzing, defining, developing, creating, planning and executing brand initiatives, 360 projects and campaigns, the general advertising plan and the project’s one, new products and packaging launches whilst ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.The Head of Brand is a crucial player in the business strategy, making the link between marketing and sales strategy.How will you make an impact?Supports Marketing Manager to develop and implement theannual business plan and brand marketing strategy in coordination with regional team and RedBull Headquarters.Preparing, together with the Marketing Manager, theannual marketing plan and financial budgets/P&L in co-operation with marketing and sales teams.Builds astrong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with marketing managers and sales managers.Collaborates & coordinatesmain trade/marketing initiatives and 360 projects.Leads portfolio management and packaging innovation with solid product launches and acts as the key contact for RedBull Headquarters.EnsuringMarketing & Sales plans and calendars.Leading occasion consumption strategy and developing annual activation plan.Develops and implements the ideal country-specificadvertising plan.What makes you a great fit?+10 years' experience in FMCG in multinational environments.+7 year as a manager leading large teams.Wide knowledge of food & drinks category and its players, clear understanding of competitors activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG context.Strong analytical, strategy and commercial abilities acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.Collaborating and influencing, building strong relationships across departments and with external partners will be key. Your ability to influence and integrate ideas will drive our brand's success.Strategic and creative mindset. Problem-solving attitude and the organizational skills to hit deadlines and complete projects.Self-motivation and openness to feedback for continous improvement.Results-driven mindset to produce the best results and to be part of creating something great.High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.Excellent communication skills in English.
