Fractional Talent acquisition advisory Recruitment operation tools On-demand Talent sourcing expertise Job Summary Were looking for a Head of AI with deep technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for building production-ready AI systems.
You will lead the strategic development deployment and continuous improvement of LLM-powered products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering experimentation and applied AI and wants to help shape a new category of intelligent features.
In this role you will Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative LLM-powered solutions.
Drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks APIs and Cloud Solutions Design robust future-proof systems that drive the companys expansion while advancing its mission to create a lasting positive impact on the environment.
Lead the development of full-stack solutions from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systems Design and manage agent-based interactions that use LLMs in dynamic tool-using environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience building or deploying LLM solutions using tools such as OpenAI HuggingFace LangChain or LangGraph.
Genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of AI/LLMs and creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive design.
Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as React Tailwind and TypeScript with additional familiarity in Python and AWS considered a bonus.
Experience designing AI evaluation pipelines and metrics that support quality assurance and improvement cycles.
