GUEST SERVICE TELEPHONE OPERATOR

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Guest Service Telephone Operator is to provide a prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls while maintaining a positive and professional image.
In addition, the Telephone Operator plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies (medical, fire, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance.
As a Guest Service Telephone Operator, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Handles incoming/outgoing calls in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, according to hotel’s standard operating procedures.
-Provides clear and concise communication while assisting guests with their questions or needs.
-Responsible for clear and accurate communication with departments of the hotel.
-Responsible that the operational processes are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the manuals.
-Maintains discretion and confidentiality of all calls.
-Ensure prompt, accurate, courteous service to those using telephone services Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Highschool Degree Experience 1 year experience in similar position Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -To be able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
