What are we looking for you?
To be passionate about the world of public relations and social media, particularly within the beauty and lifestyle sectors. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. We value a self-driven individual who is eager to introduce fresh ideas to our team and remains well-informed about industry trends and prominent influencers.
Your key responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and media, overseeing collaboration opportunities.
· Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy with influencers.
· Research and evaluate influencer profiles, brands, and media aligned with the company’s values, mission and vision.
· Draft agreements and briefings to establish relationships with influencers and content creators.
· Serve as the key contact between the brand and its followers on social media platforms, fulfilling the role of a Community Manager.
· Generate monthly reports analysing social media performance and influencer strategy, including tracking and improving KPIs.
· Collaborate closely with the communication team to create integrated 360º marketing campaigns.
· Participate actively in creative campaign meetings, contributing with innovative ideas that align with the current communication and marketing objectives.
What we need you to bring?
Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism graduates.
Proficiency in English
Interest in the cosmetics/beauty industry
Organisational skills; Multi Task and self-motivated
Strong proactive mindset combined with a structured way of thinking and organizing
Problem is not in your dictionary. Solution oriented person with capacity to set up procedures for continuous improvement of the department
