From your first day to every moment thereafter, you’re going to love what you do!Main Purpose of the RoleThe Group Consumer Insights Assistant_ Trainee supports the Group Consumer Insights Manager in bridging the gap between consumer preferences and business strategies, ensuring the company remains consumer-centric and competitive in the market. The role of that trainee is essential in helping the team convert data into compelling insights to better understand its target audience and make informed decisions based on consumer data.NOTE: The estimated starting date for this role is late May 2024ResponsibilitiesInformation design: Transforming data and creating effective data visualizations. Presenting complex information in a clear and visually appealing wayData Collection: Gather and collect data from various sources, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and market research reports.Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviours.Data Management: Contribute to maintaining a well-organized database of consumer data and research findings.Market Research: Assist the conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.Consumer Surveys: Propose and administer consumer surveys to gather feedback on products, services, and brand perception.Reporting: Prepare and present consumer insights reports, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the strategies and performance of competitors in the market.Consumer Personas: Develop detailed consumer personas to help marketing and product development teams understand their target audience better.Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in consumer behaviour that could impact on the business.Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate consumer insights into decision-making processes.RequirementsBachelor or Degree in Business / Commercial / Marketing / Data science & Analytics / Sociology, or a related discipline is requiredResearch and Data AnalysisData visualization tools or softwareGraphic DesignUnderstand and interpret market and consumer trends.Project ManagementProblem-solvingIndustry Knowledge is a plus.Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to expert levelEnglish knowledge at an advanced levelPlease, upload your CV in EnglishBenefitsHybrid work-model23 days of vacationFlexible schedule, to guarantee life-work balance.Intensive schedule every Friday of the year and the whole month of August!A 50% discount in our storesWelcome pack between 1-3rd month.Coffee, tea, fruits at the officeMonthly special breakfast for all the office
