WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs global product director, you will have accountability for defining and executing projects for transforming the retail & commercial business, together with the local teams, T&O and other global teams.
he key deliverables of the role include.
eading the product transformation.
Navigating several workstreams, third parties and stakeholders, including the oversight of key dependent workstreams.
eading the global new products team with the different stakeholders involved.
T&O, Customer Experience, Process, Legal & Compliance.
rioritizing work for Agile teams, interpreting evidence and ensuring that their teams can follow a clear roadmap of prioritized activities across the product development lifecycle.
uild the market product roadmap and prioritize the request of new products/ programs.
anaging an execution plan in collaboration with country stakeholders, Product Owners and local and global squads.
Scope/impact of product (Able to set the vision, roadmap and backlog for a product in a way that has a measurable impact on Santander’s strategic objectives), and Risk/strategic business criticality of product (manage and mitigate risks as they relate to the delivery, usability, viability and performance).
eading a hypothesis-driven design methodology to enable rapid experimentation and customer empathy throughout the ideation and development stage of the products.
nticipate and assess regulatory potential changes that can impact our strategy or delivery roadmap or that can be translated into business opportunities.
