You wil report directly to the Head of Human ResourcesBased in the HQs in Madrid.Main accountabilitiesBeing the People point of contact for other colleagues at the company.Provide and support HR services to different organizations, in partnership with the business.Advising the business on all people related matters.Collaborate in the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.Cascade and apply HR policies, standards & national labor regulations towards the management.Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.Foster hiring activities such as contracts, Onboarding, internal and external mobilityParticipate with managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviewsResumes screening in LinkedIn and other sources.Phone approach to candidates to search for operative data.Conducting interviews and searching for the best talent.Having direct contact with universities, associations, business schools and academic centers to settle the internships terms and conditions.Assist in the integration of new hires and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the process is performed successfully.Manage all the procedures related with the administration of the employees into the company (documentation, relationship with personnel administration, IT equipment, first day at the office etc.)Taking requirements of the current open positions with the different departments, helping to elaborate the jobs and internships descriptions, and manage the job descriptions database being responsible of its accuracy.Monthly reports to the People Director as well as other areas of the department.Taking care and constantly update the diverse databases and dashboards of the department regarding status of each candidate, employee, and job.Give support to the other areas of the department who may be in need on peaks of work.Help finding new and better ways and procedures for the current existing processes and initiatives of the departmentRequirements and personal skills:Education: Bachelor in organizational psychology, Law, Labor Relationships, Business Administration, and related study paths. MSc. in human resources management will be highly valued.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages are highly values (French, Portuguese, etc)Experience (years/area): Ino experience / 1 year of experience. Previous experience in a Human Resource Department will be considered a plus.Additional knowledge: Advanced level of Microsoft Office (specially Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel).
