Your contribution.
You are responsible for advising the management and the group's central functions on real estate-related issues Analyse our real estate portfolio, identify optimization opportunities, and develop optimization strategies (costs, values, risks, etc.) Develop, drive, and track global real estate-related projects across our markets and ensure delivery against financial and other targets (such as our Global Lease Buy-Out Program) Develop, implement and coordinate further asset strategies, projects and processes in relation to our real estate portfolio and relevant landlords in alignment with the local real estate leads  Perform relevant group-wide governance function for the real estate portfolio as required Determine real estate requirements of our core business    What makes you stand out.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate environment is required  An university degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree with real estate reference  Experience in corporate real estate management or portfolio management is preferred  Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication skills and the willingness to travel  Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, additional language skills are a must What we offer.
