Role Purpose Managing customer fulfilment support team that handle customers technical issues for all Fixed and TV Products.
e/She will be responsible to lead the steering of the daily  delivery  to achieve all needed support and Strategic KPIs, ensuring high quality service delivery and continuous performance improvement.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership Build and Manage offshored support for customer fulfillment Team in Germany, achieve all needed support  and Strategic KPIs ensuring that customer service levels (SLAs) are achieved for delivered services.
1st  level of Managerial and Technical escalations for all technical issues related to Fixed and TV Products for Cable Customers.
Act as the process owner for support team,assessing the management team in the formulation of policies, standards and procedures across Networks.
Assist with cross domain relationship/ process improvements and governance to drive efficiency and transformation within the support team.
Set Performance Goals, Conduct Performance Reviews and Evaluations with regular feedback for the direct reports in accordance with the company policy and alignment with  management layer.
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience More than 6 years of experience in the  support of Fixed and TV Products.
Strong knowledge of Fixed and TV Solutions’ (Vodafone Germany Solutions  is a must) with proven experience dealing with German Customers.
A proven track record of managing technical teams to achieve goals.
Proven experience in communicating comfortably, inclusively and clearly up, down and across a sizeable business Interpersonal Skills with the ability to interrelate effectively with customers  & Technology/networks departments,HW vendors and infrastructure providers.
C1 in German   (minimum) with Excellent  oral and written communication skills Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications Bachelor degree,Preferred in Computer /telecommunications engineering.
More than 6 years of experience in Fixed and TV Network Field Advanced  technical knowledge of.
o WAN Access Technology  o IP Networking o Security Networking is a plus  o Profession in German  and English, spoken and written (C1 is Must).
