Ad hoc analysis requested by Head of CSM for strategic decision Data liaison to update upsell /churn prediction projects (consolidation of existing data, real dashboarding to be easy to use by AM) Data liaison to revamp AM Perf projects (consolidation of Intercom, HS, Zoom KPIs for deeper analysis & tracking on ONB / Support cost) Data liaison to revamp and improve client data analysis for client to provide a AM consulting (client scoring and more) Analysis on clients’ recovery / improvements of Billing B2B Dashboards.
