Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily management of disputes, chargebacks, and fraud files sent by acquirers Analysis and management of fraud alerts sent by third parties Analysis and daily monitoring of transactions Alert of possible patterns and attacks Presentation of KPI and OKR related to the area of credit card operations.
Preparation of daily reports Collaboration with other departments Backup of the fraud manager in case of absences Payxpert Benefits.
