It fuels culinary creativity in harmony with our planet's resources.As we expand our presence in Spain, we seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the foodservice sector.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to build a distribution network, expand market penetration, and grow existing accounts in the foodservice sector throughout Spain.Cultivate and manage relationships with key distributors to supply Novameat products to restaurants, foodservice chains, catering companies, and food manufacturers.Collaborate with Marketing and NPD teams to develop customer-focused solutions that drive business growth.Provide exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day accounts to establish Novameat as the preferred supplier.Maintain detailed forecasts and pipelines to drive revenue growth across the region.Monitor customer account plans, develop contingency plans as needed, and provide market intelligence to pivot focus and resources.Gather customer forecasts and promotional plans to create accurate business forecasts.Represent Novameat at relevant exhibitions and conferences to enhance company visibility.Requirements:5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in deal closure and account management.In-depth knowledge of foodservice dynamics in Spain and experience selling food products via distributors.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.Deep understanding of food market dynamics and consumer trends.Strong negotiation skills in an FMCG commercial environment.Valid driver's license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-directed approach.Flexibility to thrive in a startup environment.Proficiency in English at a professional level.Desired Traits:Proactive and results-oriented.Passionate about food.Ability to make well-thought-out decisions under pressure.Collaborative team player with drive and determination.Creative problem solver.Positive and adaptable.Benefits:Competitive salary and opportunities for recognition and growth.25 days of paid vacation per year.Private health insurance.Culture of commitment, authenticity, creativity, and inclusivity.Dynamic work environment with flexibility and autonomy.Join a talented, hard-working team that values collaboration and fun.Make a positive impact on the future of the planet and society.If you are ready to make a significant impact and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
