Why is this role really critical to us?  The main responsibility of the role is responsible for the operation, support and maintenance in relationship to the company’s IT systems within Fixed Billing & Charging Applications and also responsible for all billing application related actions of new projects, 2nd line support and maintenance of IT applications and supervising role on supported application area.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone? •Keeping systems and fixed billing & charging system within the minimum service failure time  •Responsible for Day-to-Day Operational Activities of Billing & Charging Services •Manage especially Settlement related reports  •Perform service  management (initiating, planning,execution and  monitoring)  •Experience and good knowledge on Fixed Business & Process •Prepare service and system KPI, report and publish results with agreed target.
•Analysing the root cause of the incidents, and propose process improvements •Perform deeply analysis and  troubleshooting in case of emergency or operational needs •Accountable for system performance, including quality capture and assessment and also taking necessary actions •Responsible to solve cases in KPI for escalated tickets •Incident & Problem & Defect Management •Investigating problems, finding root cause of the problems and taking preventive actions •Perform periodic maintenance processes and works according to requirements  •Regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions •Familiar with KPI based working model •Analyse  technical specifications for the integration of new services •Adapted to open source technologies and capabilities   You are just the person we ve been looking for, if you have.
