As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the finance backbone to grow papernest products across multiple markets.
Your responsabilities.
Own the Billing Process.
manage the end-to-end process for Papernest customers and SMB partners (eg., proper invoicing, direct debit processes, payment tracking, etc.), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance Customer Experience.
partner closely with our customer care and SMB sales team to minimize invoicing errors and resolve disputes promptly.
Drive Performance & Improvement.
create management reports to track billing performance and lead improvement efforts across processes, systems and tools.
Build & Maintain Relationships.
serve as the primary contact point for local banks and service providers related to our collection tools and systems.
Shape the Future.
help implement robust billing and collection processes for our exciting new business ventures.
Develop our talent.
manage a junior team member (intern).
Your profile.
Education.
Masters degree in Business or Engineering Work Experience.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, or billing; project management and start-up experience is a plus.
Hard skills.
advanced Excel skills, comfortable with database management and system interphases; SQL knowledge is a big plus.
Soft skills.
collaborative, solution-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
