We are now searching for a passionate and visionary individual to lead as Finance Manager driving financial performance and business growth actively contributing as a member of the leadership team ensuring consistency and financial acumen in the strategic initiatives as well as the day-to-day activities with a regional scope in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
You are comfortable handling large amounts of data acting as a business partner decision maker and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities Financial planning Includes forecasting estimates and supporting the strategic direction for the unit and developing these into short-term (Forecast) medium-term (Budget) and long-term plans (LRP).
Process Improvement Be a source of proposals regarding existing process improvement and simplification in alignment with the Controlling department.
Business Partnering Strategically partner with the regional leaders in achieving financial targets driving profitable growth through in-depth analyses sharing of key financial insights (standard and ad-hoc reporting) and b) in taking day-to-day and strategic business financial decisions.
From Insight to Action sharing the story behind the numbers proposing recommendations.
In this role you will actively contribute as a member of the leadership team to achieving the objectives and as a member of the Europe Finance leadership team enhancing the finance function having a small team of analysts under your responsibility.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or a related 7 years with progressive roles in finance.
Previous FP&A Finance Business Partnering and/or financial management role is mandatory.
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Ability to work influence and drive inside a matrix environment.
Willingness to travel regularly -10% of the time.
