THE COMPANYA high-ranking business school with campuses in different cities in Europe. JOB PURPOSEThe Data Analyst of the Student Engagement Unit is responsible for creating and maintaining data controls defined by the unit to enhance student engagement by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data flow. This position involves occasional travel to campuses.DUTIESControl Data Flow:Implement and maintain various data checks specified by the Student Engagement Manager.Ensure data accuracy and integrity to facilitate increased student engagement.Process Monitoring:Detect process malfunctions by identifying and addressing data discrepancies promptly.KPI Tracking:Control and maintain KPI tracking to measure the performance of academic teams across campuses (retention, class planning, occupancy, etc.).Automation of Workflows:Automate data control workflows by visualizing them in external tools, such as PowerBI.Data Visualization and Reporting:Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using PowerBI, as defined by the Student Engagement Manager.Systems Development Testing:Test and validate system developments in coordination with the Registrars Office and the IT Team.Data Cleaning and Collection:Clean and collect data to create statistics related to students academic journey per program, per campus, and globally for annual and periodic ranking accreditation reporting.Tool and Process Implementation:Implement new tools and processes for student retention management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Analysis and Process Improvement:Define analyses and assess systems and processes, identifying points for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.REQUIREMENTSFluent in English with working knowledge of Spanish or French. Any other language is considered as an asset.Bachelors degree.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of MS and PowerBI. MS Dynamics and SPPS or R are considered as an asset.Intermediate knowledge of univariate, bivariate, and multivariate statistic research methods.Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.Ability to be proactive.Team working skills.Attention to details, ensuring accuracy in data.
