Job Description We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance department.
You will be a part of FP&A team, reporting to the Head of FP&A.
You will be providing business partnering support to the global marketing and operations (sales & Customer care) teams, and also analytical support in Sales Projections.
This is a high profile role with direct access to key members of the Senior Management Team.
Main responsibilities and functions Providing management with analysis and insight into the marketing and operations department’s performance across 3 Kaplan brands.
Monthly P&L preparation and analysis in conjunction with collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to gain insight and information on performance Monthly accruals and allocations.
Building strong relationships within your stakeholders.
Budget preparations and latest estimate forecasting for Marketing and Operations, FP&A suppor in Sales Projections for some markets, analyzing Sales KPIs.
Control of personnel expenses and FTEs for Marketing and Operations departments of the 3 brands, controlling the reinvoicing too between the Companies.
Adding value to decision making by providing recommendations Ad hoc analysis as requested and by own initiative Qualifications   Qualifications and experience Prior 3 years experience in budgeting and forecasting Business partnering or marketing accounting experience desirable Proven ability in bringing numbers to life for non-Finance stakeholders Skills and competencies High level of initiative, self-motivation and drive Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
Strong analytical and process-focused mind.
