Walking all the way along with our clients, we go from the concept development up to the finished product, passing through the detailed engineering, and always looking after the original design.We develop products for top Automotive and Industrial leading companies. We are looking for a FEA Engineer to join our growing Simulation Team. Main Objective.  To develop concepts and validate designs in the field of Automotive, Sports and Industrial applications by means of FEA simulations.Work with a diverse range of numerical models, performing mechanical and thermal analysis, fatigue calculations, topological and parametric optimizations, as well as other project-specific tasks. Support engineering teams along the design process, performing the calculations needed in each stage of the product development. Tasks. Geometry preparation and clean-up using NX/Simcenter and Altair’s HyperworksLinear and non-linear finite element calculations.Fatigue calculations.Parametric CAD design.Suggest possible improvements based on result interpretation.Summarize and report the results to the customer, product design teams and upper management.Support Design team in product design and development activities, continuously improving the modelling and analysis techniques to increase correlation between experiment and simulation.Optimize a component while ensuring performance requirements are met with the use of optimization tools such as HEEDS.Create documentation and process standardisation for FEA analysis and engineering methods.Provide technical expertise in problem resolution, cost reduction, and quality improvement.  Background.Master's or Bachelor on mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or similar field.FEA Simulation Master’s would be a plus.More than 3 years of professional experience as a FEA Engineer.Experience in bicycle and/or motorcycle projects is a plus.Preferably having used NX Simcenter/NASTRAN, Altair’s Hyperworks and Abaqus CAE/Solver to run FEA simulations.Experience working on the field of Motor Vehicles technology is an advantage.Experience using NX or similar CAD software to clean-up geometries.Proficiency in English spoken and written.Experience in team leading is a plus.High degree of organizational and team working skills.Ability to efficiently collaborate to achieve project goals.Independent, accurate and self-responsible. Please, apply if you have the requested and desired experience.  Dedication and work environment.
