Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE.
Dar soporte en el enlace entre la demanda y la planificación de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los embarques demandados y acordados con los clientes incluyendo los servicios logísticos de fábrica, los embarques a clientes asegurando en todo momento que los envíos y facturas se realizan conforme a lo establecido por los procedimientos de JTI e incluyendo la reconciliación mensual de las precintas fiscales de todos los mercados.
Cumplir y velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y los estándares internos de JTI a nivel de Seguridad y Medioambiente, transmitiendo a los trabajadores la información necesaria y colaborando directamente en la implementación de medidas, para el alcance de los objetivos de JTI.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES.
1.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la demanda de los clientes y monitorizar diariamente el mismo.
Deberá establecer un vínculo estrecho con el área de planificación y de producción para informar de las posibles desviaciones y su impacto en los diferentes mercados.
2.- Gestionar las entradas de precintos fiscales y sus reconciliaciones mensuales.
3.- Asegurar una correcta comunicación con los clientes, de cara a conocer su demanda, tanto en producto terminado como en información requerida por estos, llevando actualizado un informe de demanda vs embarques y desviaciones.
4.- Dará soporte al superior directo para la elaboración del plan anual (ASP) aportando los datos necesarios para el mismo.

Grado en ADE, Economía o similar Inglés.
