• Set the highest standards in food preparation and follow the policies of the brand • Lead and motivate team towards new goals • Master the department’s budget, control food costs • Manage the warehouse, monthly food inventories, maximize productivity • Prepare permanent, seasonal, and special menus across all hotel’s outlets • Ensure adequate job performance of the culinary team • Motivate culinary team and insure smooth interdepartmental communication • Ensure safety and hygiene compliance • Uphold standards and handle administrative tasks Requisitos Who are you? • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role • Proficient in English and Czech • Strong leadership skills to lead a team • Familiarity with 5-star standard operating procedures (SOPs) and day-to-day operations in other departments Se ofrece What will we offer you? • Very competitive salary and long term contract • Employee rates from 36 euros in all our hotels worldwide, 30% discount in the F&B outlets, and Friends & Family discount up to 25%.
