EMEA HSEQ MANAGER

Trina Solar Limited (TSL) is the world´s leading comprehensive solutions provider for Solar Energy internationally, with a growing presence throughout Asia, Europe and Americas.Since its foundation in 1997 in China, the company has been increasing its competitiveness and efficiency through a fully vertical integration of its business structure, which allows it to remain as a recognized manufacturer of high-quality PV modules (for commercial, industrial and utility scale applications) and manage the development of diversified PV utility projects (including designing, implementing and operating, both for off-grid and on-grid applications).Main Responsibilities:Be responsible for HSEQ operations in PV solar projects according to Trinasolar's plans, policies, and local rules.Create and manage project-specific HSEQ frameworks, processes, risk assessments, procedures, and documents based on Trinasolar's corporate Management System.Follow and evaluate Incident Management and Emergency Response protocols.Guide Trinasolar and Contractor HSEQ teams to follow policies and standards.Plan and deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs.Check compliance with Trinasolar's Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards by audits and inspections.Report the HSEQ status, progress, and performance of projects to Business Management, identifying risks, actions, non-conformities, and solutions.Audit HSEQ construction to ensure project goals for time, budget, and HSEQ.Share project lessons learned within and across regions.Arrange the outsourcing of HSEQ services for each project and review HSEQ parts of supplier contracts.Handle HSEQ activities with Contractors, including documentation, systems, performance, reporting, improvement, audits, site visits, measures, training, and closure.Support Due Diligence processes, working with external consultants and internal teams.Review HSEQ aspects of tenders, join clarification meetings, do supplier site reviews/audits, and give recommendations.Help Trinasolar’s O&M team with HSEQ in EMEA projects under operation.Control and monitor accreditation in construction and O&M phases.Represent Trinasolar with relevant stakeholders on HSEQ issues.Encourage the exchange of experiences, lessons learned, and best practices.Main Requirements:5+ years of experience in similar position within QHSE in an international work environment in the energy industry, ideally in the renewable energy.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Civil engineer) or related field. Qualifications in Management systems: Quality, Environment, Health and Safety with deep knowledge of their respective standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001). Proficient in English.Any additional European language would be a plus. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
