Is this something you feel identified with? We’re currently looking for an Email Designer to join our growing team, playing a key role in crafting engaging and high-performing email campaigns.
-What will your day to day be like?- You will.
Design visually appealing and high-converting emails that align with branding and campaign goals.
Develop engaging email content, including light copywriting in English, ensuring a compelling narrative.
Create seamless email user experiences by understanding and optimizing the customer journey.
Work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
Apply a deep understanding of email design principles, including layout, hierarchy, and conversion priorities.
Adapt designs to the limitations of email platforms, ensuring compatibility across different clients and devices.
Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design and prototype email layouts.
Implement basic HTML knowledge to optimize email formatting and functionality.
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied in every design.
Maintain a strong production mindset, balancing creativity with efficiency and scalability.
-What are we looking for?- 2 to 4 years of experience in email design and production.
Strong expertise in email design principles, including best practices for engagement and conversion.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of email design limitations, including handling animations and responsive constraints.
Basic knowledge of HTML for email development.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
Ability to develop light, engaging copywriting in English.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align with business needs and marketing objectives.
Pragmatic, proactive, and autonomous mindset, able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Willingness to commute to Sant Cugat once a week.
