Guided by our values of PASSION, INTEGRITY, INNOVATION & EXCELLENCE, & TEAMWORK, we celebrate our diverse team spanning 22 countries and cultures, making Le Creuset a vibrant and inspiring workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop EDI solutions between Le Creuset systems and customers.Single EDI messages, suites of messages, and more complex projects that customers are demanding such as Direct to Consumer drop shipments.Unit test all new EDI and assist test team during testing phases of projects.Provide documentation to submit to CAB.Ensure all solutions are documented and that appropriate training and support documentation is provided to the IT Service Desk and application support team.Deliver a consistent quality, minimising rework.Identify and escalate risks/issues/ decisions to the Project Manager or Enterprise Systems Manager.Investigate and resolve support incidents.Knowledge RequiredEssentialExperience in EDI delivery with D365 F&O.Development experience creating and supporting new EDI solutions.Experience working with third party EDI providers.Real world development experience and knowledge of the development lifecycle.DesirableTo Increase products e.g. EDI Studio.Experience in Omnichannel Retailing.Skills & QualificationsEssentialEDI message standards and formats.D365 data entities and table structures.Ability to estimate accurately and deliver to deadlines.Some appreciation of integration methods.Understanding of networking and security principles.Excellent written and oral English language skills, easily able to work in English.DesirableEDI Studio tool.Developer Certification of an integration technology.BenefitsHybrid work-model.23 days of vacation.Flexible schedule, to guarantee life-work balance.Intensive schedule every Friday of the year and the whole month of August!A 50% discount in our stores.Welcome pack between 1-3rd month.Coffee, tea, fruits at the office.Monthly special breakfast for all the office.Behaviours & CompetenciesAdaptability: Maintains effectiveness in varying work environments where circumstances and priorities are changing.Reasoning: Analyses, interprets and evaluates complex information arriving at logical deductions and conclusions.Oral Written & Listening: Adapts his/her oral and written communications to audience and fosters clear and effective communication with others.
