After significant growth and success, we’re expanding our leadership team to scale even faster, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales – XL Accounts to drive enterprise expansion across key European markets.
he RoleAs Director of Sales for XL Accounts, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our enterprise sales strategy across our core markets.
You’ll manage a team of seasoned Account Executives and collaborate cross-functionally to close high-impact deals with large organizations.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for a proven sales leader who thrives in high-growth, international environments.

orecast, measure, and report on key sales metrics using CRM and other data tools.
dentify gaps and opportunities in market coverage and propose innovative strategies to accelerate growthYour ProfileProven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including sales leadership roles managing multi-market or regional teams.
uccessful in selling into large mid-market/enterprise accounts, ideally across multiple European markets.
eep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
luent in English, with professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages.
Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
xperience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
