• Build multi-agent systems to support territory planning, content sequencing, and engagement personalization.
• Use LLMs and optimization algorithms to enable agents to reason over structured and unstructured data.
• Design self-learning logic frameworks that adjust to feedback from CRM, field, and market performance.
• Support AI-human interaction UX via portals, mobile apps, or embedded CRM interfaces.
Essential Skills/Experience.
• MS or PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Intelligent Systems, or Operations Research.
• Experience in agent orchestration frameworks and autonomous systems design.
• Strong grasp of reinforcement learning, causal modeling, or decision engines.
• Applied experience in marketing, sales, or customer analytics preferred.
