Your goal is to create a transparent overview of these processes and establish standardized practices across all subsidiaries. While expertise in ServiceNow is advantageous, familiarity with GenAI is appreciated. Examples of processes within the workplace could include provisioning of clients, staging of notebooks, smartphone provisioning, and the "1st day ready" process for new employees.Role and responsabilities:Process Analysis and Standardization:Analyze all workplace processes within Germany and across European related legal entities to identify variations and inefficiencies. Develop standardized practices to ensure consistency and alignment across all subsidiaries.Transparent Overview:Create a transparent overview of all workplace processes, documenting current practices and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure that processes are well-documented and accessible to stakeholders.Standardization Implementation:Implement standardized processes across all subsidiaries, leveraging ServiceNow expertise where applicable. Ensure that standardized practices are effectively communicated and adopted by all stakeholders.ServiceNow Integration:Utilize ServiceNow knowledge to optimize and automate workplace processes where feasible. Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.GenAI Integration:Appreciate the potential role of GenAI in optimizing workplace processes. Explore opportunities to integrate GenAI into process management initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Collaboration with Legal Entities:Collaborate closely with legal entities across Europe to understand local variations and regulatory requirements. Drive alignment towards standardized processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Continuous Improvement:Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement of workplace processes. Gather feedback, monitor performance metrics, and implement enhancements to further optimize processes over time.Training and Documentation:Develop training materials and provide guidance to stakeholders on standardized processes. Ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively implement and adhere to standardized practices.Languages: English C1Location: FULLREMOTE (SPAIN).
