The Role We are looking for a hands-on Digital Retail Specialist with proven experience in opening and managing physical stores, especially in premium or luxury fashion.
You will be responsible for orchestrating our store opening from A to Z — from planning to execution — while aligning it with our digital strategy, e-commerce flows, POS system, lookbooks, and client experience.
You combine operational precision with a strong strategic vision and thrive in a dynamic, aesthetic-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead the opening of new high-end retail stores (location setup, interior coordination, operational launch) Bridge the gap between physical retail, e-commerce, CRM, and marketing Improve the full omnichannel customer experience (POS systems, QR integrations, clienteling, loyalty) Manage third-party vendors, freelancers, local teams, and service providers Set up timelines, track budgets, and keep operations running on schedule Collaborate closely with creative and commercial stakeholders We Offer The chance to shape the retail footprint of a growing international fashion brand Hybrid working.

Your Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in digital retail and physical store openings Affinity with high-end fashion, aesthetics, and experiential retail Strong project management skills – both strategic and operational Experienced with omnichannel tools and retail systems Shopify knowledge is a big plus Fluent in both Spanish and English (mandatory); knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus Commercially minded, hands-on, and detail-oriented with a sense of design
