Leading the payments sector, our team has been innovating for over 10 years to offer the best payment experience to thousands of businesses and merchants.The role:We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Digital Marketing & Go-to Market-Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the CMO, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely to shape and execute our digital marketing strategy.Key responsibilities:Digital Marketing CRM management and optimization.Contribute to the analysis and optimization of our go-to-market and product marketing strategy.Elevate our digital presence by refining the customer journey, enhancing user experience, increasing conversion rates, and improving customer retention.Develop compelling and relevant content in alignment with brand guidelines, including presentations, articles, case studies, videos, and infographics.Partner with agencies and media to evaluate campaign performance, achieve goals, maintain delivery quality, and adhere to deadlines across all acquisition channels.Coordinate both online and offline events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and explore business opportunities.Conduct research on the competitive landscape and customer segments to inform marketing strategies.Champion innovative marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, always Go-to-MarketImprove Paycomet’s merchant services proposition for accepting payments for SME merchants, finding the most effective way of bringing them into the market reality. Collaborate in the definition of pricing, offers and maintance of the sales record.Contribute in the launching of dedicated campaigns aimed at increasing sales, increasing value or retention.Collaborate and cooperate continuously with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives and make the proposed initiatives effective E2E.Effectively manage discontinuities with commercial impact due to transformation initiatives involving partner bank.Qualifications:Master's degree in digital marketing, ecommerce, or business.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fintech or ecommerce projects.Minimum 3 years involved in Go-to Market-responsibilities.Proficiency in agile teams and tools like Trello/Jira.Strong creative writing skills in Spanish.Experience in lead generation and conversion funnel optimization through digital channels (SEM, SEO, social, affiliates, etc.).Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.Ability to extract insights from various data sources and translate them into actionable recommendations.Knowledge of UX and CRO principles to collaborate effectively with design, product and technology teams.Experience with CRM platforms.Familiarity with marketing agencies and digital media.Fluency in English for communication with partners and suppliers.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability to agile environments.Passion for technology and digital business models.What we offer:Permanent contract.Competitive salary and benefitsFlexibility and conciliation (flexible remote and/or office work)Highly talented & international teamPayComet S.L.U guarantees that both the selection processes and the people involved in the matters (both recruiters and project managers) will not discriminate against the candidacy due to age, disability, ethnicity, marital status, gender, nationality, political ideology, race, religion or sexual orientation.
