DIGITAL MARKETING BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Here at CORUS we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Business Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing business support across the different markets in the implementation and adoption of various Marketing Technology platforms, initially but not exclusively to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Digital Analytics. As part of the role you will configure workflows, building emails, managing data ingestion processes to Salesforce and launch campaigns. You will also support the implementation of the KPI and measurement framework aligned to the Customer Experience strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and Tag manager, as well as a deep understanding of omni-channel customer engagement strategies.Location: remote from Barcelona, SpainResponsibilities:Provide expert-level business support to users, troubleshooting any non-technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop customer engagement strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Support on-boarding and training of new users to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.Assist in the configuration and optimization of journeys and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Conduct regular data ingestion processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of customer engagement initiatives.Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.Train and educate users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics functionality and best practices.Document processes, procedures, and user guides to ensure efficient use of our Digital Marketing Tools.Skills required:Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including configuration of journeys, email campaigns, and data ingestion processes.Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's automation studio, journey builder, email studio, and data management.Strong experience in using Google Analytics, including configuration KPIs, tag manager and data visualization.Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.Previous experience developing campaigns, defining user journeys, building measurement and KPI frameworks, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Email Specialist, Journey Builder Specialist) are a plus.Google Analytics certifications are a plus.What do we offer:Remote work from Barcelona, SpainFlexible remuneration and a personalized training plan.People-focused team.Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth.International projects of high technological value.At CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity.
