Job Responsibilities Role Purpose.
The Senior Portfolio Manager role includes working with stakeholders up to senior level in Group functions, _VOIS and Local Markets in all business areas.
The role will support development of new initiatives and will engage Local Markets Senior Management and support business cases to enable execution of initiatives.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Portfolio Manager Supports delivery of all initiatives under portfolio from Funnel (Identification) to Closure and handover to BAU Has insight of portfolio affecting BAU enhancements and operational major issues affecting business performance.
Influences initiatives by developing strategies, transformation, designing and embedding both management and operating level models.
Ability to support Agile mindsets, practices, and strategies to help integrate Waterfall, Agile, Lean, and Safe principles into Lean Portfolio Management Provides oversight to the LPM team, other _VOIS & Group Functions to establish, embed and relentlessly improve the Portfolio Level practices and processes.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience.
Strong people management skills with proven ability in leading multiple teams across organization Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities to determine core deliverables.
Cross-cultural awareness & sensitivity Agile Mindset Solution Architecture knowledgeable ownership 10+ year supporting business and technology transformations.
