Take up service improvements to bring value to business areas.
Experienced in presenting, reporting to senior stakeholders, running triage calls during High severity incidents.
Should have experience leading or working in application, infra support functions preferably RPA using UiPath or Blue prism etc.
should be able to share instances of service improvements and related achievements.
Should have worked meeting SLAs and KPIs Good to have.
Current Automation technologies and trends in Automation (Understanding of AI & ML sciences)  Knowhow around various Automation tools.
Understanding of ITIL processes (incident mgmt.
Problem and change mgmt.) Business trends in usage of automation technologies and tools.
