The role will lead the Employer Branding Strategy for VOIS India.
Will drive EVP by actively engaging with the business, COEs, and other relevant teams and stakeholders.
Will coordinate together with the VOIS and Group EB teams and agencies to conceptualize and implement employer value proposition (EVP) embedment campaigns.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership Design and deliver the Employer Branding and EVP Strategy to internal & external audiences.
Lead and key point of contact for Employer Branding & Talent Attraction business needs for the India region.
Conceptualize and deliver high impact employer branding campaigns, including content creation and content marketing, by working effectively with key COEs like D&I, CSR, Youth, Future Ready, Spirit, Talent Acquisition and others.
Lead VOIS’s India employer brand on company’s external social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), VOIS Careers, LinkedIn Life & Glassdoor Build key internal and external ambassador communities, from an employer branding perspective i.
