We are looking for an expert to work as Deskside specialist!Your key responsibilitiesand greet customers into the Tech Lounge and be ready to provide best in class customer service experience and supportwill diagnose IT issues on the spot and offer solutions to quickly get users up and running with minimum downtime.with Tech Lounge team to ensure scheduling and calendar is at a steady run ratecustomers with training and advice on DB related technologies and updates during service visitand resolve IT issues onsite or remote for customers with appointments or walk-ins at the Tech Loungeand share with customers on new technology and processes to enhance technology adaptioncustomers with training and advice on Deutsche Bank related technologies and updates during service visitsService Now to record and track all incident related to service calls and appointmentsYour skills and experiencepeople skills and a knack for problem solvingcommunication skills, both written and spokentime management skills and can make decisions quicklyPrevious experience supporting Investment Banking/financial environment is an advantageKnowledge of financial applications and MS Office suite of productsExperience in customer service/support, client services, production support or technical support roleworking knowledge of Microsoft product such as O365, Teams, Windows OS 10working knowledge of Windows OS 10, Apple Mac, and Mobile device (Apple, Android)Strong technical skills related to desktop, mobile, End User compute environmentAbout HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
