Responsabilities.
Operate financial market business transactions, including money market transactions, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions, and bond transactions.
Build business cooperation and product promotion with central bank (BdE) and other financial institutions.
The business includes funding, financial markets transaction and Road Interbank Regular Cooperation (BRBR) mechanism, etc..
Comprehensively monitor and manage the liquidity and regulatory indicators, including NSFR, LCR, risk exposure and other internal funding management indicators.
Plan and manage the assets and liabilities of the branch, and control the account deposits.
Report post-transaction data and sort out materials, as well as execute bond valuation and impairment operations.
Prepare and offer reports or materials required by internal and external parties.
Formulate and update business management measures, procedure files and manuals.
Requirements.
5 years working experience in treasury desk or financial institutions department, have rich business resources, and contacts with financial institutions frecuently with good relationship.
English C1-C2 Strong quick learning abilities.
Process knowledge of Basel requirements for liquidity and market risk management, as well as the rules of the liquidity regulatory indicators (LCR, NSFR etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, process the modelling capabilities in fund management and calculations.
