HAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWe are seeking an experienced Data Strategy Tech Lead with in-depth expertise to lead the development and utilization of data systems, making data available for the organization and ready for IA initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating the WM&I data ecosystem platform based on AWS and migrating existing platforms to the new one.
As a manager of our Data Analytics department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing our data warehousing solutions to support our organization's data-driven decision making processes.
You will lead all the new transformation initiatives that the bank is currently engaged with an aggressive deadline currently in place.

rimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand organization data requirements and design and implement a technology strategy aligned with business and regulatory Objectives to create an AI data ready infrastructure and data ecosystem.
reate a Systems Plan derived from the technology strategy to deliver effective data solutions ensuring execution.
Systems plan must address actual data solutions evolution, transformation and migration to the new WM&I data ecosystem AI ready platformCreate and maintain WM&I data ecosystems to support Business intelligence, reporting, analysis and AI initiatives within the scope of WM&I, including end to end process form ingestion to consumption of dataLead the WM&I CIO Data team Including Internal personnel, Providers and collaboration with other IT Teams (CTO, CISO, DevSecOps) to create and transform Data ecosystem.
ata Modeling.
design and maintain data models to ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance in the data ecossytemData quality assurance.
implement data quality checks and validations to ensure de accuracy and reliability of data stored in the data warehouseData security.
ensure data security and compliance with industry standars and regulations throuughout the data warehousing lifecycleManage Data Solutions Projects, ensuring execution on time, quality, costs and scopeManage external Data Solution Providers collaborating to build the data ecosystem and to maintain itRISK OBJECTIVESProactive identification of issues or concerns related to potential gaps in existing processes, procedures, policies, frameworks, etc.;Contribution to satisfactory results in audit reviews, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations (internal/ external), Compliance and Regulatory Agency reviews; response to required corrective actions in a timely and complete manner;Completion of all assigned training (Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, Audit, Code of Conduct, etc.) and reporting requirements within set timeframes; andAdherence to the Code of Conduct, assigned Risk Tolerance or Mandates and all organizational policies and procedures applicable to role.
