Descripción de la oferta de empleo
La misión principal de esta persona será prestar el servicio de análisis experto para resolver problemas internos y conseguir indicadores que ayuden a optimizar el proceso de desarrollo de software.
Además de realizar cuadros de mando de funcionalidad y extraer información vinculada a la gestión de proyectos de desarrollo, gestión con proveedores, servicios, desvíos, ofreciendo dashboards y reports internos a los diferentes stakeholders.
Responsabilidades y Funciones.
Seguimiento Servicios de Desarrollo (Control Interno y Mejora Continua) Seguimiento Contratos de Servicios con Proveedores.
Cumplimiento Niveles de servicio, volumetrías, facturación, etc… Elaboración y seguimiento de Indicadores y Cuadros de Mando Otros datos de interés.
Híbrido (teletrabajo/oficinas en Barcelona) Franja salarial.
35K-45k + 15% Beneficios sociales del banco Requisitos básicos Herramientas / Conocimientos.
Nivel avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas), BBDD SQL Conocimientos básicos en el uso de herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Microestrategy,..) Soft Skills.
