D_Service Manager About the Job The Service Manager has end-to-end responsibility for the technology, costs and quality of a set of IT services, including the support and management of service development, service sourcing, service transition and the continuous improvement.
What you do • Take ownership over Security, Compliance and Reporting Processes.
• Act as Single Point of Contact for the entire department for Service Management related activities.
• Create opportunities for synergies across the various applications by leading Service Management Processes.
• Support Risk Management and Remediation Activities Processes.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity of services.
• Support with cost and revenue management, financial tracking and reporting.
• Guide technical teams in process implementations and continuous improvement.
What you bring • Proven Stakeholder Management across several business levels and strong process/project management skills (ITIL training or certification desirable) • Service Management experience in at least two areas (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Risk, Configuration, etc.) • Strong budget and cost-effective planning and design skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite • Continuous learning mindset, highly independent and persistent working style, and ability to communicate ideas effectively • Fluent in English; conversational German is a plus • 5+ years of professional experience, notably in the IT domain, with Agile Project Management experience (Scrum skills of advantage) • University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology What we offer • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
