When a customer declines our offer, you’ll step in — calling them to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back; Own the customer journey.
Guide the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our 60 branches in Spain; Drive Sales by converting interest into action; Maintain trust and make the difference that turns leads into loyal customers.
As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded.
Your Skills.
Language Proficiency.
Fluent written and spoken Spanish; Intermediate English skills.
Communication Excellence.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Adaptability.
Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.
Experience.
Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls Will be considered a plus.
