Estamos buscando un Asistente de recepción con base en Barcelona para atender a la recepción y gestionar tareas administrativas.
Main Responsibilities Responder de manera profesional a consultas, quejas y solicitudes de los clientes a través de múltiples canales de comunicación, como teléfono y correo electrónico Brindar información detallada sobre productos y servicios, y ayudar en la selección de productos adecuados para las necesidades de los clientes Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes Organizar, archivar y mantener al día toda la documentación relevante Participar activamente en las campañas de marketing organizadas por la empresa Redactar y presentar informes detallados sobre las actividades realizadas, siguiendo los KPI’s establecidos por la empresa Mantener una comunicación constante y fluida con el responsable del área Core Skills/experience Experiencia previa de 2 a 3 años en un puesto similar Habilidades comunicativas, tanto habladas como escritas, en Español Habilidades excepcionales de organización y atención al detalle Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo Fuerte orientación al cliente y la capacidad de adaptarte a cada cliente para brindarle una experiencia personalizada Experiencia previa trabajando con Office 365 u otro software de gestión
