CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Para nuestras oficinas en Madrid buscamos una persona para desarrollar las funciones de Customer Service Technician.Las principales funciones, entre otras, serán:Gestión de todos los pedidos recibidos.Gestión de las incidencias de envío.Gestión de las incidencias de facturación.Información al coordinador del estado de las incidencias de cada cliente.Información al coordinador del estado de la facturación de cada cliente.Mantenimiento de las fichas de clientes.Cumplimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo que se realicen en el Dpto. de Atención al Cliente.Cumplimiento de todas las normas específicas de la empresa y las directrices de calidad.Se requiere:Preferentemente formación profesional en el ámbito de atención al cliente.Preferiblemente experiencia laboral en el ámbito de la gestión de atención al cliente 2-3 años.Preferiblemente conocimientos de inglés (nivel B1).Deseable experiencia con aplicaciones MS Office.Preferiblemente conocimientos prácticos en Navision y SAPDeseable experiencia en facturación a aseguradoras.Deseable conocimiento EDI y facturación electrónica.Trabajo orientado a objetivos.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.Flexibilidad.Se ofrece:· Contrato vía ETT, de 6 a 18 meses de duración, con posibilidad de incorporación.· Incorporación a una gran empresa con un proyecto estable· Teletrabajo 50% (iniciando después del período de capacitación inicial)· Jornada intensiva en verano· Lanzadera desde Plaza Castilla / Moncloa· y además.... ¡Tenemos un gimnasio en la oficina!Se ofrece un atractivo plan de desarrollo profesional y un paquete de compensación interesante.
