What you'll be doing? Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions Offering an multichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador Requirements What skills & experience you'll bring to us? Afluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills High level of English (Both written and spoken) A high level of Spanish would be a plus.

Monday to Friday from 9.
am to 6.
pm Salary.
€ gross per year Bonus.
300 Euros bonus after 3 months if no sanctions + additional incentives for top performers Benefits.
