Recoger y gestionar reclamaciones brindando el mejor servicio al cliente.¿Qué responsabilidades y objetivos tendrás? 📈Atención telefónica a clientes.Gestión reclamaciones recibidas por mail.Brindar información sobre el seguimiento logístico de los envíos.Responder a solicitudes Post-venta recibidas por mail.Recoger y analizar las reclamaciones recibidas.Brindar información sobre incidencias recurrentes a otros departamentos.Gestión respuestas de clientes a TrustPilot.Objetivos de Gestor de Gestor de experiencia del consumidor:Ayudar en la consecución de los objetivos del departamento de Customer Care. Bueno, ¿Y cuáles serán los requisitos?💻🔎2 años de experiencia en un cargo similar al ofertadoFormación de grado superior relacionado con administración o ventas (valorable pero no necesario).Sentido de escucha y acogida del cliente.Al teléfono debe ser: Acogedor, paciente, cortés y educado.
