Your role in a nutshell.
To establish and maintain a differentiated customer experience for Prepay and Post Pay customers.
Offer a supreme care experience and communicate any issue they track and affect customers’ journey.
What you’ll do.
•    Providing exceptional customer care support through various communication channels (inbound calls & chats) •    Responding promptly to inquiries, identifying & assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction •    Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently •    Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions •    Contributing to team goals and initiatives to achieve commercial targets regarding retention, cross-sell & up-sell What will you bring to the team.
