Atención telefónica/email de clientes/proveedores.
Comunicación de incidencias y resolución de las mismas.
Coordinación directa con departamento comercial y tráfico.
Gestión y alta de servicios en nuestra base de datos.
Seguimiento de tráficos.
Interacción interna con departamento de tráfico, contabilidad, calidad, comercial.
Interacción externa con clientes asignados dentro de su grupo.
Se requiere:
Estudios universitarios.
Valorable formación en comercio Internacional. Transporte o logística, así como derivados de la logística, comunicación y psicología.
Idiomas: Inglés B2, se valora conocimiento de Francés y/o Alemán.
Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en puesto de atención al cliente, y/o administrativo en el sector del transporte y logística.
Dominio de paquete Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
