Job Description We, at Flywire, are seeking a Credit Risk - Chargebacks Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a growing volume of chargeback disputes while ensuring adherence to regulatory controls and funds safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ensure day to day tasks are consistently fulfilled Report new incoming chargebacks into the system Perform chargeback disputes responses according to regulations Control funds movements from our partners Daily reconciliation of funds from our clients Maintain and control chargebacks funds balances Resolve chargebacks related issues with our payments partners Support and collaborate with other teams to solve queries Improve processes and efficiency Prepare reports for management Qualifications Here’s What We’re Looking For.
Undergraduate Degree along with an interest in financial services or operations Proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.) Excellent analytical and computer skills Highly effective communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to enhance and improve processes Passion for problem solving and helping customers Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn Proven proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in a global setting.
Preferred at least 2 years relevant work experience in financial/payments sector Additional Information What We Offer.
