This role includes contributing to budget construction, variance analysis, cost control, and the preparation of financial reports and KPIs to ensure the organization meets its financial targets.
ESPONSIBILITIES.
articipate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
nalyze actual financial results vs.
budget and identify variances.
ontribute to the preparation of financial and operational performance reports.
onitor and analyze operating costs, overhead, and profitability.
ontribute to the automatization and optimization of reporting/analysis processes using Excel and BI tools.
ork closely with other departments to secure reliable forecasts and costs follow up.
articipate in the preparation of presentations with financial insights and recommendations.
HARD/SOFT SKILLS.
olid understanding of financial KPIs, cost analysis, and basic accounting principles.
trong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly.
TOOLS.
dvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, preferably macros).
xperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
xperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Will be a PLUS Experience.
to 3 years of experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
xperience in retail and multinational companies will be a PLUS.
Languages.
ntermediate to advanced English level Other.
achelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
