Descripción de la oferta de empleo
En dependencia del/de la responsable de área, velarás por el cumplimiento de los estándares y el desarrollo de mejoras en el sistema de producción, manteniendo una interlocución fluida tanto con agentes internos como externos.
Tus responsabilidades Analizar y evaluar los procesos de producción existentes para identificar áreas de mejora y optimización a nive nacional; Desarrollar e implementar estrategias y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad de los procesos de producción; Colaborar con el equipo de operaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de los procesos y plazos establecidos; Supervisar el rendimiento del personal a cargo, brindar orientación y realizar formaciones; Coordinar y colaborar con otros equipos, como el departamento de compras, ventas y servicio al cliente, para garantizar una gestión eficiente y efectiva de los contratos de logística; Participar en reuniones y presentaciones para comunicar el rendimiento del sistema de producción y las estrategias de mejora a la alta dirección; Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Contract Logistics Production System Black Belt.
 #LI-JS1 Tus habilidades y experencias Formación académica, vinculada a la ingeniería y/o estadística; Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares como Black Belt; Certificación Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Capacidad para analizar datos y métricas de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora; Inglés fluido; Vocación por el sector de la Ingeniería y la Logística; Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional; Buen nivel en excel.
