The Role & The Team As a trusted enterprise leader working with this small team and across the wider Chief Risk Noise Environment Officer business group you will.
Simplify and streamline compliance systems and processes for efficiency and impact.
Collaborate deeply with the Legal team Framework Owners Business Subject Matter Experts and broader business to uplift maturity and embed a culture of accountability.
Lead innovation leveraging our Risk and Compliance system ServiceNow and data analytics to enhance visibility reporting and real-time risk insights.
Provide clear insightful reporting to Executives and the Board Audit and Risk Committee.

PD - Compliance Lead Skills Competencies and Qualifications include.
8 years experience in compliance risk or governance with deep technical expertise.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
A track record of simplifying frameworks embedding systems and driving real change.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
Experience leading or implementing enterprise tools like ServiceNow GRC is highly desirable.
A tertiary qualification in law risk business commerce or a related field along with relevant certifications or memberships with private sector exposure valued.
You will also possess a demonstrated ability to lead the reviews of current procedures and practices with a view to reducing or removing non-value added activities leading to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes.
